if a dog attacks someone dose that mean the owner is a bad owner? I agree that person should be punished. it seams that you have to be hospitalized to get action.

It’s not that fact that we need to banned the dogs, we need to punish the BAD OWNERS!

i feel that it is not the pit bulls fault that their owners are not treating them right and that they are being trained to fight. and as a owner of 2 of them i feel that these dogs and virtually harmless and it is all on the way you raise them. but also if any outher type of dog is raised the same way they will act the same way. so unless you are going to ban all large breeds of dogs then you are doing nothing of any good.
