Wichita City Council OKs changes in pit bull law

The Wichita EagleRegulations meant to control pit bulls, set to take effect Jan. 1, underwent some tweaking by the Wichita City Council on Tuesday.
The major provisions of the new ordinance:
* Require pit bull owners to sterilize their dogs.
* Require a breeder’s license if an owner wants to keep more than two pit bulls.
* Require pit bulls to be implanted with an identifying electronic microchip.
The council carved out an exemption to the sterilization requirement for current pit bull owners who show their dogs in legitimate dog shows.[...]

Look I have pittbull and she is one of my kids she very gentel around my girls pittbull. Are just as bad as. Rat dog or lab its all in the way you rasie them pittbulls are they only breed Ill ever own so all you. Pittbull haters can keeping wishing. The band will come throw but guess what it will never happend get the hell over. I had the best dog and she was a pitt bull. And she got blamed for something she did not do these people living right across the street and I let my puppy and my baby girl out side to go potty and the puppy labador had got out and ran up to the man and the man an nipped him. And my pitt bull got blamed for it and I know she did not bite him because she was in side with. Me and later on that next morring the guy had came up to me and said I lied because I don’t like pitt bulls know is that what we want are kids to grow up and say well I don’t like her or him because there black or hispanic or white that’s what were teaching are kids
