Kudos to councilmember Albert Foulcard for his reasoned approach and wise comments on the matter, and to cuncilmember Chuck Walters for suggesting existing dangerous dog laws for all should be better enforced rather than adding new and discriminatory laws. I hope they keep up the good work there in St.Mary Parish.

  3. I like the approach also .. and IF it is true that 1/3 of the problem dogs in that particular parish are of a certain breed then it will still work .. because they will be going after all bad {dog owners ! } seems simple to me.. be responsible or loose your dog.. not all of one breed of dog are THe demon dogs ..
