Sounds like an improvement barring the Spay and Neuter requirement which always stinks of PETA.

The BSL needs to stay out of the dog business, and peoples private lives. We need better spay and neutering laws not banning of a breeds. ALL dogs can be vicious and bite, they have that potential and if they are not trained by their owners. Dog owners need to be trained before buying or adopting a pet of any kind. Puppy Mills need shut down. Why don’t all of your committees get an education and learn the facts before making your stupid laws against a breed of dog. No, I do not own a pit bull but if I did you would have to pry the leash out of my dead hand before I would turn it over to a dog warden or law officer. I have a lab and what dog are you going to discriminate against next? I think you need better laws to protect animals and the abuse they receive at the hands of ignorant people.

Who is making the determination of which dog is vicious? That should be interesting.

    The BSL needs to stop!!!!!!

  3. You’ve gotta love the high quality editing in journalism these days. Exactly what is a viscous dog?

    • I got a crack out of that one, too, Luda! I didn’t realize sticky liquid dogs were such a problem in Toledo. :D
