Hopkinton, IA: Ban discussion tabled until April meeting

Hopkinton already has a ban on “pit bulls,” and is considering adding Rottweilers to the ban after an unsupervised child was killed by two intact breeding Rottweilers that had gotten out of their kennel. Hopkinton city council will discuss the issue during the April 11 meeting. The next Hopkinton City Council meeting is set for Monday, April 11, at 7 PM in Hopkinton City Hall.
