Bay County, MI, current animal control ordinance declares all “pit bulls” to be “vicious” dogs. On June 14, the Board of Commissioners will consider ordinance revisions that remove the breed-specific language and repeal BSL. Residents and locals, please show support for the repeal of BSL through polite, positive correspondence and attendance at the public hearing.
BoC meeting and public hearing: June 14 at 4 PM in the Commission Chambers of the Bay County Building, 515 Center Ave., Bay City.

I;m very happy to hear that this will be reconsidered.. These poor dogs get such a bad reputation because of irresponsible neglectful owners. Lets do something about these irresponsible owners and leave the dogs alone. Linda Atkins Few Steps From Home Animal Rescue
