Webb City passed a ban on “pit bulls” earlier this month, with a grandfather clause for dogs that are already registered with the city. The city has decided to extend the registration deadline for “pit bulls” until July 12 to allow residents to register their dogs.
No new “pit bulls” will be allowed in the city after July 12. Owners of grandfathered “pit bulls” must follow several special restrictions.
