Seward County, KS: Board reinstates BSL

After repealing a pit bull ban earlier in the year, the Seward County Board of Commissioners last night decided to reinstate BSL (restrictions, not a ban) for “pit bulls.” They passed a breed-neutral vicious dog law in addition to BSL.
