Kearney, MO: Breed ban not repealed

Kearney, MO council has decided not to repeal their long-standing pit bull ban.

The council agreed to consider a repeal at the request of a resident. Kearney residents had the opportunity to voice their opinions about possible repeal of BSL via a survey in their water bills. Respondents to the water bill survey overwhelmingly voted to keep the ban in place.
